We deal with companies directly instead of representative. We put their contact information on the company section of the CRM. wondering if there is a way to sync companies to outlook contacts. All i can find is how to sync contacts to outlook companies but not companies.
Hi, @LloydCUs
Thanks for your question. I moved this post over to the Apps section so that it gets more views. The section you posted in is meant for building apps (you did nothing wrong, I just make sure your post gets seen)
Best,

Hi @LloydCUs
That’s a smart question, HubSpot’s native Outlook integration only syncs contact records, not company records. The reason is that Outlook’s data model is built around people, so HubSpot only pushes contact-level fields (like first name, email, phone, etc.) into Outlook contacts.
There’s no built-in path to map company objects to Outlook’s contact entries (see how contact sync works here (Connect HubSpot and Outlook Contacts )
If you want company details to appear in Outlook, you could create a “proxy contact” for each company by using a workflow. For instance, when a company record is created or updated, you could auto-create a dummy contact with the company name and email domain, then sync that to Outlook.
It’s a workaround, but it keeps Outlook aligned with HubSpot company info without manual updates. If you’re trying to keep company-level data accurate across multiple tools, not just Outlook, a real-time two-way sync solution like Stacksync can mirror company objects between HubSpot, Outlook, or your ERP/CRM so both sides stay consistent as changes happen. Hope this helps.
