The support team of our client wants to use the Jira integration in HubSpot. Unfortunately, attachments from Jira are not synchronized in HubSpot. When a Jira ticket is integrated in HubSpot the attachment is missing.
This would be very useful for me!
Does anyone know of a solution to this problem using any third-party tools or the API? Would be appreciated.

I came here because I’m looking to send attachments from HubSpot Tickets in to Jira. Per the KB article that has to be done manually. Jira has an Attachments property that we need to sync with HubSpot Attachments. Please enable this. Thank you!
