What an great impact it would be to synch hubspot contacts with your Outlook address book, since an user-allocation is given! Should not be so difficult to impement 
I am not sure of the techincal requirements, but I think it is a feasible feature that Hubspot should seriously consider to adopt.
Up until now I have to update my Contacts information in two different platforms (Outlook and Hubspot). I don’t think I have to tell you the functionality of keeeping Contacts in Outlook (especially when using O365)
