Oh man, I found this and was excited… then it yet again it turns out to be something dangled in front of you, that you can only get on the magically expensive Sales Professional tier. The irony is a lot of people asked for this because they don’t have access to workflows, which is the other way you can achieve this. Having common properties (like tags) should be part of any basic CRM system.
I am getting pretty fed up with your stupid payment model, that litters useful things around the app, that turn out to be unavailable unless you upgrade to an unaffordable expensive ‘Pro’ Tier. There lots of better models that other SAAS apps offer.
