Would like the ability to sync ‘meeting type’ and ‘meeting outcome’ to Salesforce via the timeline sync
Yes please! We need call ‘meeting type’ and call ‘meeting outcome’ to sync with SDFC.

From HubSpot support as of 9/2/21:
“For context the call outcome and type in HubsSpot are meta data of the call engagement itself so it’s not the same as mapping something like a contact property/field. Currently, it’s not possible to map this to SDFC (see here) […] try is using our engagements API to pull the call & corresponding meta data over.”
If anyone works out a solution, let us know. But HubSpot please build this in!
This would be great - we report out of Salesforce so would love to get additional syncing capabilities i.e. Call Type, Call Duration, Comments, etc. from calls made in Hubspot.
This, honestly, I’d like the whole Activities syncing to be so much more robust.
100% agree! We use Salesforce as our CRM and source of truth for the broader organization, the fact that the detailed information doesn’t come over to Salesforce really devalues the tool for us as it causes us to go to another system for all of our reporting, which isn’t the desired outcome. Really want to see this happen soon!
1000% Agree! Meeting outcome sync is a MUST, Team Notes to comments (or a custom field) is a MUST, being able to address the fact that meetings then become an overdue task is ick. Reporting on meetings and activities in Hubspot is a challenge to say the least (eg, how many meetings did a BDR schedule for Sales and what were the meeting outcomes?) so if we had full syncing at least we could trust the data and use it to drive reporting and commissions. As it is we have to use a spreadsheet for the tracking which is quite disappointing.
