Sync from Zoho Forms to Hubspot

Good Evening Everyone

Im in need of some help. I am using zoho forms and need to sync submissions to hubspot via Zapier. I need to create a list/segments which I am trying to do but still confused on how to set up the Contact Us form to sync. I was going to use the “message”

Hi @KeepGoing26,
Welcome to the Community!

I wasn’t able to find a similar request in our community where our Users were syncing Zoho Forms using Zapier. However, there are a few integrations with Zoho noted in our KB documentation here - Connect HubSpot and Zoho - I’d suggest looking into these integrations in case syncing contact data could suffice. However, in the meantime I’d like to tag in some of our Top Contributors to see if they have any experience with this!

@GRajput, @SteveHTM, @kosalaindrasiri -- Do you have any suggestions for @KeepGoing26 on syncing Zoho Form submissions to HubSpot using Zapier?

Thank you!

Thank you so much. I actually figured it out but still runnning into a issue as a change a custom field to something else and I wanted to point that field to an already made hubspot field “VIP”. Please see the pictures below. The “form agree” you see is the custom field i created (single checkbox) but then changed. its now hours available (multi check box)

But I do have another question as I read the documention provided. I have other fields but no more option to create custom fields. There are over 200 fields many that I may never use. Anyway I can use some of these fields and like repurpose?!

Also, what if the hub spot field is on a different object?! I’m dealing with contact object. But that hub spot default object could work.

Thank you

Hey @KeepGoing26 ,
So is the issue with mapping the Zoho Form fields to HubSpot properties? I’d recommend checking out this article about HubSpot’s default properties on Contacts and this one on how to create custom properties

Hello @KeepGoing26,

I hope you found Eugene’s suggestion helpful here as he mentioned mapping to custom properties could be helpful. However, if you’re still in need of assistance, please feel free to reply here with a bit more detail and clarity around what your current roadblock is. From there our Community will be here to help!

In the meantime, it may also be helpful to review our documentation on syncing non-HubSpot forms as this could potentially be alternative to using Zapier.

Hope this helps!

please see below. Thank you

Hi @KeepGoing26,

Thanks for the update!

Looking at your screenshots it appears this wouldn’t sync properly as the values syncing to HubSpot don’t match the available property options. If you’re currently at your limit for custom properties, relying on default properties wouldn’t be the best choice as many are not editable. My suggestion here would be to remove existing ‘custom properties’ to be able to create more or look into upgrading to a ‘starter subscription’ which would raise your custom property limit to 1000 custom properties per object.
Additionally, I’d like to to tag Eugene again here to see if he has any additional suggestions. @EugeneAtKiwi, thank you for getting us pointed in the right direction so far! Do have any additional tips or tricks on how to best handle this?
Thank you!

I think you nailed it, @SamTassey
One other hacky solution that I can think of is trying to repurpose some of the “single line text” properties (you might be able to map your Form fields to these props), but there might be more conflicts this way.
