I’m setting up Hubspot to sync with salesforce for the first time.
It seems to only be syncing new contacts and companies. Is there a way to make it sync existing ones too?

Hi @nychd, could you check your salesforce & HubSpot sync on HubSpot and under Contacts sync, check for the following settings:
If this is how the contact sync is set, then the sync should work properly.

I think the issue was I set it up as a sanbox.
