# Sync Conversations Status to Work hours?

Hi Hubspoters!

Is there a way (or app) that can help me automate the availability status on my conversations inbox?

I’m talk about this one below 👇

We have to manually change the status and would love to find a way to sync it to our clocking app (Clockwise) or be able to configure it directly on Hubspot.

Please let me know if anyone has any experience doing so.

Hi @RNassar,

As far as I know this is not possible at this stage. Natively, the [status can only be changed manually](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/use-the-conversations-inbox#status). Looking at the HubSpot API Docs, the [Conversations SDK](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/conversation/chat-widget-sdk) is mainly concerned with customizing the behavior, not the inbox side of things. I haven’t been able to find anything on the HubSpot app marketplace either, unfortunately.

I wasn’t able to find a similar request in the [HubSpot Ideas section of the community](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Ideas/ct-p/ideas) – you could submit an idea there. The product team reviews these suggestions based on popularity.

Great reply Karsten. Thank you for researching it as well. I will follow up your recomendation and submit it as an idea 🙂
