Hi there, Was thinking it’d be great to have a live sync between the conversations inbox, and email client. Currently, if we receive an inbound email in the conversations inbox, but respond in Outlook, the response won’t be picked up in the conversations inbox - so we don’t really have a conversation in there anymore! I know these emails are in the contact record, but it seems like we are just duplicating work by having to navigate to this page on a separate tab. Let me know what you guys think! Vikesh ---

This needs to happen! It’s mindblowing that it has never been resolved. Our team of customer services agents reply to all emails via HubSpot and then mark as read in Outlook, madness! ---

Posting on behalf of a customer here: For all reps, it’ll be handy if the conversations inbox’s folders were synced to that of the gmail inbox. E.g. if a conversation is closed, we’d like the corresponding email in Gmail to be closed as well. This means we won’t need to organise and monitor both inboxes at the same time. Thank you! ---

This would be extremely helpful and important as it drives down effeciency having to manage two inboxes due to the inability to sink across actions, from hubspot to outlook or outlook to hubspot. ---

This would be great. And to archive emails in outlook once the conversation is closed in hubspot. ---

Is there any update on this idea? It would be ideal to have a sync, as not everyone will be emailing from HubSpot, but still need to check in Outlook. Definitely for historical emails
