I have an existing Sequence, where one of the emails is set to launch automatically.
Question:
How do I change the email from Automatic to Manual?

If you’re looking for an option to convert the existing automated email into a manual one, that’s not possible. You would have to click the + sign in the sequence editor at the correct place, then ‘Manual email task’:
After adding the manual email task, remove the automated email.
