Dears,

Please nite that our email marketing tool has been suspended due to hard bounce however all of the emails are related to our customers … we can delete all these customers but we want to reactivate the email marketing tool

Hi @Winsterland.

For free CRM accounts the email tool will remain locked after sending is suspended. If you are on a free account, there is nothing you can do. While the email tool will remain locked, you can continue to use the other tools in HubSpot.

If you’re on a paid account (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) can appeal the suspension. More information here: Resolve email sending suspensions
