# SurveyMonkey integration doesn´t work

I´m trying to integrate my hubspot account with a surveymonkey account but as soon as I accept and grant access on the Oauth page, the redirection doesn´t work and the integration never complete.

Welcome, @isaacmenaf.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re encountering issues connectin SurveyMonkey. Could you confirm the following:

1. Do any HubSpot error messages appear on your screen (e.g. “ **There was a problem connecting to SurveyMonkey.** You can try again in a few minutes. If this problem persists, contact support.”)?
2. What, if any, errors appear in the browser’s _Console_ and _Network_ tabs. Are you seeing `500` errors? If so, could you share the full error here?
3. Does the issue persist on other browsers and devices?

We’ve seen similar reports from other customers, so I want to be sure we’re looking at the same issue. Thanks for your help.
