HI When I am deleting the file, The audit history is not capturing it. I can only see if a file has been uploaded. Is there a way we can see if someone has deleted the files and removed permanently from Trash

Hello @VigneshMurugan1! You added this in the Marketing & Content Hub board, but just to clarify, you mean a file in File Manager? Like an image file for a social post or email?
Odd that it’s not in the Audit log. I just checked an Enterprise portal. I definitely see files in the Trash. The Details of the trashed file show some of who did it and when. But it’s definitely not in the Audit Log.
My recommendation is this: make an Idea post here: Latest HubSpot Ideas topics - HubSpot Community and share your feedback.
The HubSpot product owners are fairly good about watching this space and picking up on changes. It might take some time, but I’ve had several Ideas get implemented and I’m a believer! 
You are right. Content → File. Thank you for your suggestion, I will add this in the “ideas topic” you have provided. For now, I think I will just have to remove delete rights from everyone else except me
Ah! Yes, permissions! That’s a good call out for any future readers.
Very few people in any HubSpot portal should be able to delete records, files or anything else. Be sure to review ALL the permissions (I know it’s a lot) to ensure you lock down this ability to only a select few.
