Support Outreach's Kaia

I’d like to request that HubSpot adds full support for Outreach’s Kaia within the existing integration. It’s frustrating that, even though HubSpot owns the integration, not all features in Outreach are supported—especially Kaia’s powerful tools.

Kaia provides valuable real-time insights and meeting summaries that could greatly enhance the workflow and data quality within HubSpot. Having full support for Kaia would streamline the user experience and help us leverage both platforms more effectively.

Please consider prioritizing this enhancement. It would be a huge win for users who rely on both HubSpot and Outreach for sales engagement and AI-driven insights.

Yes!! This would be a game changer. I was told we have to build it through Zapier or something similar, but currently bandwidth is a little thin on my team and this can be so helpful for all of our revenue generating teams.

+1 and in general have other things that Hubspot should enable as a part of the intergration. It is nowhere near the level of integration that Outreach <> SalesForce. It seems like Hubspot has better integrations with Apollo and other sales enablement tools, but those integrations are not managed by Hubspot. Specifically, it would be very helpful for Hubspot to enable:

  • The ability to add people to an Outreach sequence directly from Hubspot
  • A button in outreach that takes you directly from Outreach into Hubspot & vice versa. I had to make custom links involving multiple properties and workflows in Hubspot in order to make this simple functionality work. Would be great if these were just easy, clearly displayed buttons like they are for other integrations.
  • Pushing contact and company lists directly into prospect and account views in Outreach. Having to rebuild filters in Outreach or export from Hubspot then upload into Outreach is a pain
  • More control over custom fields that sync between Hubspot and Outreach. Whenever I make a custom field in Outreach that my team commonly uses it shows up in the template syntax as {{custom#}} which is not very intuitive for the team. Outreach says this has to do with how Hubspot allows properties to sync, so I’d love to see the barriers removed there.

I know many of these limitations are because Hubspot wants you to use their Sales suite. We do have the professional sales hub, but there are just too many limitations to Hubspot’s sequencing features to use it exclusively. By trying to keep us only on their platform, Hubspot is just making it a painful experience in both platforms.
