We recently launched Help Desk and Support Tickets in HubSpot. We have an enterprise account. The tickets are being created from a Support Form we have on our website.

What is happening is it’s counting as a “Recent Conversion” when a contact submits a form, but then we miss out on our Marketing data for what the contact did to convert.

Is there a way to not have any support forms be captured in the Recent Conversion property?

Hi @LNitti,

A very valid point, bit unfortunately no, the recent conversion field cannot be customised and will reflect all form submissions.

You could request this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community which is monitored by the product team.

Best regards!
