Superseding an existing workflow

Hello all,

In our deals, we have workflows in place that advance the deal stage to the next deal stage for all stages. Our 4th deal stage is Verbal. There are times where we don’t have to fulfill the requirements of the first 3 stages because the customer just says “Do it”. Rather than having the sales rep go back to fill in the previous properties to advance the deal, is there a way to create an “override” so that the deal can just move forward starting in the stage 4 Verbal and move forward from there?

Without knowing details of properties required at each of your deal stages…

If earlier HubSpot deal stages REQUIRE enrichment data, AND that data is also REQUIRED at later stages, you will not be able to override the enrichment process. (by design)

Yeah, I was afraid that would be the answer. I appreciate you confirming what I thought. I’ll try another route now. Thanks for the info too.
