Super Admins being able to change user details

Surprised to learn I can’t change any user details as a super admin. I think super admins should be able to change email address, names - everything.

I wanted to set-up dummy accounts before onboarding our “sales” team and then be able to switch the users email when we are ready to show them.

But I also foresee issues with users needing to switch details and asking them to log in and do it is not appropiate at my company.

Please do this asap. It is very frustrating to not be able to edit details as a superadmin.

We had a situation where the 2FA phone number is no longer valid and the user can’t access their account because of that, and I (as the super admin) can’t change the user’s phone number either. The only quick fix was to delete the account and restart…
