2.Is it possible for every user to export and save all customer information to another place，If so, how do you keep our information secure
3.What is the difference between a super administrator and an ordinary user? If we only want each ordinary user to see their own customer information and cannot assign customers, what should we do?
View access can be disabled, as can editing permissions (needed to assign record ownership).
Regarding 2, further below you’ll find import and export permissions. Keep in mind that users with import permissions can access and download previous imports.
