We have given Super Admin permission to a user to configure and access the Private Keys but the system continues to deny the user and request permission even though he is a Super Admin.

What suggestion do you have?

Thanks!

Hi @howardmarxb

Are you referring to the HubSpot API key?

This has been [deactivated in November 2022](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/how-do-i-get-my-hubspot-api-key) and you now need to create a private app to make use of HubSpot’s API endpoints.

Hi Frank,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, we have already created a Private Key for the account but we are still having the issue.

The companies are accessible via the Private Key but the contacts are not.
Any thoughts on why this is happening on HubSpot?
Thanks!

Howard

If you’re using a Private App, you might want to take a look at its Scope to ensure

`crm.objects.contacts`

and possibly

`crm.schemas.contacts`

are enabled with Read and Write access as your integration requires.
