HI I have another super admin set up in my account. She will be sending emails out on my behalf. When she went to do the first email, it asked her to connect inbox. Does that mean she will connect to my inbox and have access to my email inbox on Google? ---

Hi @THenson6, Super admin access is less relevant to this question than how you set this up. [Set up the conversations inbox](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/set-up-the-conversations-inbox#manage-channel-status) If your inbox is connected via personal email, see here [Connect your personal email](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/connect-your-inbox-to-hubspot), then your inbox is not shown in HubSpot. You can send, track and log emails in HubSpot, replies will be logged to records ([Understand reply-only email logging rules](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/log-email-replies-in-the-crm)) but it’s not possible to see the inbox in HubSpot. Hi. So will my other super user have access to my actual inbox or just the inbox in hubspot? ---

@THenson6 super admins can access all conversations inboxes. Super admins cannot access a connected personal inbox but see the emails logged to contact records, sent from that inbox. ---

Hey @THenson6 Each user can connect the personal email to send 1-to-1 emails from records. So she wont be able to use your email. For the general emails connected in the Inbox/Conversations (such as [sales@company](mailto:sales@company) or [info@company](mailto:info@company)) you can setup access per user. If you want her to send marketing emails with your email, you can add your personal email as a sender address. Hope this helps
