# Subsequent emails not being tracked

New user here. I’ve set this up with my Exchange business email and it works fine the first time I send an email to someone. However, if I send a second email (not a response, forward etc, but a new email altogether), it’s not registering when or if someone opens it.

Would you be able to specify [which HubSpot extension](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/how-to-install-hubspot-sales) was added to your Exchange Account? (Outlook or Office 365)? Are you experiencing this behavior with all emails or sporadically? The more information you can include on the troubleshooting steps and screenshots, the better the community can assist 🙂
