We are selling a subscription product, so decided to setup the subscription object in HubSpot to track & manage these.
However, it is not possible to edit the line items against a subscription if the invoicing is not being done in HubSpot - we have an external system Adfin being used for this.
This means that for renewals or changes to the subscription we have to delete the subscription and create one completly from scratch - which is not a streamlined process for the sales team and is causing friction.
