Subject: Requesting transfer of valid Social Media Marketing certificate from deleted account

Hi Academy Team,

My previous inactive HubSpot portal was recently deleted (Aug 22, 2026), but I have a valid Social Media Marketing Certification associated with it that is less than a year old and still active (achieved in early October, 2025).

I have created a new free profile under the same email address. Could a community moderator please help me locate my active completion record and link it to my new account profile?

I have my historical Hub ID, account name, exam score, and email confirmation ready to send. Please let me know if a team member can send me a private message so I can securely share these verification details and screenshots with you.

Historically speaking, we aren’t able to transfer a certification from a closed account, but I’m happy to try with the information you have. Please send me a private message with the email address and HubID that were associated with the certification, as well as your new email address and HubID. I’ll see how I might be able to help out here.
