Styling NPS/CSAT surveys externally?

Hello,

Is it possible to gain manual control over the styling of the survey frame (through some API), or is the only solution to intercept and override the styling with some hacky solution on our end?

EDIT: Since it’s passed as an Iframe, there is very little, if anything, that we can do to manually style the survey frames. This seems like a large oversight to me -- Are we supposed to be able to create surveys that fit naturally within the customer journey on our platform with such limited tools?

To my knowledge, it isn’t possible to further customize the NPS survey apart from the options listed in this Knowledge base article.

You are right @MiaSrebrnjak ,Unfortunately no, we cannot customize the styling of surveys in HubSpot yet. Although we recently;u got a custom survey facility but still styling is very much not possible at this stage. I have got this idea here where the user has asked for custom styling of surveys. You can upvote it. HubSpot team goes through these ideas and if feasible, works on them.
