# Stuck Importing

I’m trying to import a file and at at step 3 of 3 the ‘Finish Import’ button is grayed out despite everything being filled out on the page.

On previous pages all the information went through ok. I have tried in Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10. I have also cleared cookies.

Hi @LP7,

Have you tried a private tab without any extensions active?
