Hi there, I’m stuck at import step 3 where I’ve given the import a name and ticked the box but the button to finish the import stays grey. What can I fix this? AD ---

Hi @ADang1 Can you provide a screenshot? Have you hovered over the greyed out button? Sometimes HubSpot shows a pop up explainer why something is greyed out. Thanks Frank ---

Hi @ADang1, I was about to suggest clearing cache and cookies or trying another browser - sometimes these issues are temporary and coming back after a moment will solve them. Glad it’s all fixed 🙂 ---
