This feature pertains to developers who must mantain and debug a Hubspot instance.

Right now there are various places in the Hubspot system which produce log files. Private apps and Workflows are the main ones. When an error arises in either of these logs, there’s no way to get notified about the error.

The initial though is that Hubspot should just build in a notification system about these errors. But I’d like to see a way for us to have these logs streamed to external systems, or even allow logging services (like Sentry) tie directly into these logs so that we can track these errors in a proper error logging system.

Was wondering what approach you took at the end for this… 🙂

Since this request, Hubspot did introduce error messages in the Hubspot UI, but I’m still not aware of any way to stream these out of the platform. So for now we resort to having someone check the error logs weekly and fix anything as needed.
