Hi Bérangère, i want to create this project and want a know the right way to create this step by step,can i create this with hubspot API.. or just create an application by using C# or Java and then connect that with Hubspot? If you know please guide me! my project is h down below.

When the customer opens the email and reads it, AI will call the customer directly after X minutes. and send a notification to us about it at the same time) Push notifications should appear indicating that we will call the customer in 2 minutes. is it possible to create this project?
