BiC
The characters are everyone; a student, a teacher, a worker,…who needs a pen for writing, and a lighter for smokers.
Conflict is the quality of products. We have always two questions :
- Is the ballpoint pen clogged with ink?
- Should the lighters be manufactured?
The resolution is BiC should provide a good quality pen at a cheap price for customers.
And the lighters are the best choice of quality when the customer thinks about buying a lighter.
