Storage Capacity of Hubspot CRM free & Sales Pro

I am using Hubspot Sales Pro, Still I am not clear with storage capacity. Does Hubspot has unlimited storage capacity for contact,company records and conversations/activities? Also how much is the document storage capacity hubspot has for CRM free and Sales Pro?

This article states that there is a limit of 1M for each records type (contact, comapany, deal): Does HubSpot CRM have a storage limit? This also states that engagements (notes, meetings, tasks) are limited to 10,000 per object. And it states 30,000 contact profile update activities - though not exactly what those are.

Document storage is limited to 5 for free and 1000 for starter/pro according to: HubSpot Sales tool usage limits, assuming you are reffering to the documents tool.

Yes you are allowed to have up to 1 million contacts within HubSpot. To my knowledge the limit of 30,000 contact profile update activities has to do with 1 specific contact record. For every contact you upload, you can edit the activities associated up to 30,000 times.
