outbound emails from all Mailboxes are logged when the outlook add-in is installed.
Please only log emails from the email address of the associated hubspot account.
Or add an option “never log emails from accounts…”
This is absolutely necessary from a privacy and DSGVO perspective.
An employee may forget to deactivate the logging option when sending from the private mail account.

I need this right now! I have 3 email accounts and the outlook add-in adds the tracking link for emails sent from all 3 accounts, when I only want it to track emails sent from 1 of the accounts - the one associated with my HubSpot account.
This should be such an easy thing to implement, it would save unecessary communications being logged from non business accounts on a group profile in outlook. The only workaround is manual work of selecting and deselecting logging which inevitably ends up un untidy records, or missed opportunities when this is not done.
Also critical for me. Multiple email accounts that are unrelated to business using HubSpot.
Having the ability to never log from certain addresses (not just blocking logging to certain addresses) is a big need! Feels like we’re getting lots of advanced features doing lots of other things but a basic thing like this that people have been asking for, for years, is not implemented.
