Sticky customized report in Sales Analytics report builder

On behalf of a customer:

Requesting that the baseline Sales Analytic reports can be customized and have those settings saved in place (stick) as opposed to saving it as a report or to a dashboard.

The customer would like these customized reports to take place of the default reports so upper management can go there and immediately see the the customize base reports and then use the builder to manipulate the report with other filters and criteria. This would provide convenience for the end user to have their customized report and report builder tools in one location.

It’s bizarre that the reports saved from the analytics tool can’t be manipulated in the same way as saved configurations from the regular reports tool. This is another example in HubSpot of duplicating an unfortunately chosen subset of functionality from a polished tool to a new specialized app function. Please consider bringing all these rports under one heading with common filters/breakdowns etc.
