Step-by-step guide/video for "call,Held, Booked, Converted" Sales Dashboard

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to build a specific Sales KPI dashboard in HubSpot and was wondering if anyone has a “copy-paste” style article or video tutorial they recommend?

I’m looking to track:

  • Calls made
  • Meetings Booked (Total volume)
  • Meetings Held (Filtering out no-shows)
  • Converted (The ratio of meetings that actually turn into Deals)

I’ve seen the “Sales Cookbook” concept mentioned in an article by BabelQuest, but I’m looking for more step-by-step resources or even a video walkthrough of the Custom Report Builder filters to make sure I’m capturing the “Held vs. Booked” logic correctly.

Does anyone have a favorite resource or a specific way they’ve set this up in their own portal?

Any links or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @VJayachandran2,

Thanks for bringing this to the Community!

The Report Library could be a great place for your to start as there are premade reports that you could clone and add filters to.

As for custom reporting resources or suggestions,

I’d like to tag in some of our Top Contributors to see if they have any tips and tricks on this!

Hi @karstenkoehler, @EugeneAtKiwi, @GiantFocal -- Do you have any suggestions for @VJayachandran2 regarding their reporting needs?
Thanks!

Hey @VJayachandran2
There’s a variety of ways to do this and it’d primarily be dictated by how your sales process looks like, but if you want to track it all based on calls and meetings I’d recommend checking out how to setup custom call and meeting outcomes. For conversion rate you can then use a formula field in a custom report builder.
