How was this not a feature years ago? This is an insane oversight.
Hubspot team - please revisit this as a feature! I get an email from a prospect and I want to… wait for it… REPLY TO THEIR EMAIL DIRECTLY and simultaneously ENROLL THEM IN A SEQUENCE WITH THE REPLY.
This is a slam dunk idea! There’s no downside and so much upside!
Please listen to your 4 pages of users clamoring for this feature.
I’d rather have this than AI anything.
