Hi @kstewart Sequences are designed to send targeted, timed emails to nurture a new prospect over time. A sequence automatically ends when a prospect replies to a sequence message, therefore, its not possible to start a sequence on a replied email. Instead you will need to start a new email.
Could you expand a bit on your use case for enrolling a contact your have already established a relationship with in a sequence? I’d enjoy learning more about how you are using the tool.
