Our company hosts many in-person events throughout the year and in which face to face meetings occur at the event that are either scheduled in advance or organically happen unplanned. Currently the new Mobile Notetaker recording only captures a recording and then the contact associations need to be manually added after the fact. This is quite cumbersome if there are 30 meetings over a 3 day event for 5-10 different people.
I would like users to be allowed to start a Mobile Notetaker directly from a contact or company record, without requiring an existing meeting engagement. This automatically would associate the resulting meeting with the originating record to reduce manual steps and prevent unassociated recordings. If a mobile notetaker is started from a Contact record, automatically associate the recording to the Contact and the primary Company associated to the Contact.
