I find it frustrating that HubSpot doesn’t have a standardized dropdown list for countries and states/provinces/regions within those countries. I don’t want my users to be able to free-form type these fields for obvious reasons.
Given regions are pretty standard, could these default, built-in fields be switched to dropdowns instead?
