# Standardize user views

My team cannot view the data I have set up. I want all users to have the same view of contact/companies/deals etc.

Hey @PPrice58 - thanks for posting in the Community!  
This sounds like a [permission based issue](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/hubspot-user-permissions-guide), which would require that you [manage these permissions](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/manage-user-permissions). But we’d need a little more context to confirm that. Can you please confirm:  
-Are you a Super Admin?  
-What specific data can these users not see on each object’s record?  
-Any screenshots of your view versus theirs would be really helpful to identifying which permissions may need to be adjusted.
