My team cannot view the data I have set up. I want all users to have the same view of contact/companies/deals etc.

This sounds like a permission based issue, which would require that you manage these permissions. But we’d need a little more context to confirm that. Can you please confirm:
-Are you a Super Admin?
-What specific data can these users not see on each object’s record?
-Any screenshots of your view versus theirs would be really helpful to identifying which permissions may need to be adjusted.
