I hope you can help me with one tiny question. We’re setting up Single Sign On for our customer portal and we’re in the middle of testing it. We’re moving over from Freshservice.
Does anyone know how we can automatically register the contacts already in our database so that SSO works without getting our clients to do anything? It seems the ‘Registered At’ property can only be set by Hubspot.
At the moment we’re getting a 403 response saying Access Denied and the SSO Activity log seems to show that the user isn’t registered and that is most likely the problem (below). I can’t go in and register the user though. It’s SSO so I don’t know why this is even required so guess it could be a red herring.
