# SSL Activation for redirected domain processing forever

Hi community,

I have had the follow notification for several days:

##### SSL activation for skylume.nl is processing.

Stay tuned, it may take up to 4 hours to complete. [Learn More](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/cos-general/connect-a-domain-to-hubspot#ssl)

Obviously it has taken longer than 4 hours by now. Upon checking the DNS records I find no errors. The primary domain was processed just fine.

How can I solve this?

Firstly I need to confirm on which platform your website is made can you confirm that?

also, you can try adding custom SSL to your account check [here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/add-a-custom-ssl-certificate-to-your-account#:~:text=the%20upload%20step%3A-,In%20your%20HubSpot%20account%2C%20click%20the%20settings%20settings%20icon%20in,SSL%20setup%20banner%2C%20click%20Continue.)

If these steps doesn’t work for you i suggest try reaching out to HubSpot support regading this issue

Hi Jigar,

The website was made in Hubspot. The hosting is done by TransIP.

Ironically, Hubspot support referred me to the community 😉

Unfortunately that is not included in the free plan. So the issue will have to be fixed with the tools that I have at hand. This solution also seems like it would patch the issue, but not fix it.
