Hi @LUP
In 2025 the landscape for SQL - HubSpot sync is much clearer than it was a few years ago. The official HubSpot APIs you’d look at today are the CRM Objects API for core records (contacts, companies, deals, etc.) and the Associations API to maintain relationships between them
(https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api-reference/crm-objects-v3/guide )
If you only push one way, batch imports through the Imports API are also still supported.
But if your goal is true two-way sync new contacts in SQL reflected in HubSpot instantly, and HubSpot updates mirrored back doing this by hand with webhooks and custom code will quickly turn into an API-limit headache and a maintenance trap.
In 2025, teams that want this working at scale usually skip Zapier-style patching and go for purpose-built sync platforms. That’s because manual solutions struggle with rate limiting, incremental updates, and record associations.
Stacksync was built to solve exactly this. It’s the first real-time, two-way sync engine between HubSpot and SQL (or any database). You update a record in SQL, it appears in HubSpot within milliseconds; update it in HubSpot, and it’s mirrored back. No more silent failures, no more losing weekends to API plumbing. Developers get to keep using SQL queries while Stacksync handles rate limits, webhooks, retries, and even field-level change detection automatically.
If you’re serious about keeping HubSpot and SQL aligned in 2025, skip the patchwork solutions. Start syncing in under 20 minutes at https://stacksync.com and run your CRM + database like a single system.
