I’m getting what I think is a daily spam filter digest which is always empty so its just adding to an already busy inbox with no value. The unsubscribe button doesnt actually take you to an option to unsubscribe from these email, ive searched all the settings I can think of that might control this, Ive spoken to the HubSpot sales team who tried to help but after trying everything they could think of advised me to ask the community. Can anyone help?

Hello @ahamaton,

Could you please share a screenshot of that email or - if not possible - the exact subject line and email body text (removing any personally identifiable information of course).

Best regards

@ahamaton this is not a HubSpot email - it’s coming from [inboxspamfilter.com](http://inboxspamfilter.com). That’s where you’d have to make changes to the configuration / cadence of recurring emails etc.

@ahamaton it looks like it’s a HubSpot integration: [HubSpot Marketplace](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/listing/inbox-spam-filter) - you would find it in HubSpot under Settings \> Integrations \> Connected apps and should find settings there.

Handled that out with @AH and also added skipping the empty digest sending to app
