sorting hubspot contacts by lead status

Dear All,

Do you know how can I see the contacts by sorting hubspot contacts by lead status ?

I am asking that because I want to see first contacts with the best lead status like qualified leads or customers , than the rest of the prospects.

Hi @eugeniliescu,

Happy to help. Under Menu > Contacts > Contacts, click Edit columns in the top right corner of the app:

Find “Lead status”, select it and confirm. Now you should see a column. By clicking on the column header, you can specify the sorting order.

Once you’re happy, clone the view and save it:

It should now appear as a tabbed view on your contact index page. By moving it to the very left, you can make it your default.

Thanks but I know that. I want something different – just sorting all
contacts based on some lead status criteria.

Please elaborate on what exactly you mean. I provided a solution for sorting contacts by lead status. What exactly do you mean when you say “just sorting all
contacts based on some lead status criteria”?

Your solution is OK, I know that but for more efficiency, if we can
prioritize the view of all contacts by sorting all contacts somehow.

My solution is referring to the All contacts tab on the contact index page. Where else exactly would you like the contacts to be sorted?
