Sort Files By Create Date

I have been tasked with organizing our Files Dashboard, which contains items from 2019-2024. After organizing everything in new folders, I was disheartened to learn that Hubspot changed the “update date” to the date the files were nested into the new folders instead of keeping the date they were actually placed in the Files Dashboard (create date).

I can see the “create date” when looking at each individual file. However, to relay these details to my Manager, I would need to individually check 2000+ files.

As a File management tool, at the very least, we should be able to sort by create date, instead of update day. Is this a feature that can be made possible?

I find this tremendously annoying, as I need to constantly resort by my deal expiry date so I can see the next ones to expire and require action.

PLEASE LET US CHANGE THE DEFAULT ON SORT BY IN EACH PIPELINE

This accurately reflects my situation. We manage files across multiple Brands (formerly referred to as Business Units), and I need to archive and/or delete files older than four years. However, legacy users did not consistently include dates in file names, which makes organization and retention management inefficient. To address this, please add the ability to sort files by creation date.
