It would be absolutely awesome we could sort email templates by the date last used.
Totally agree! This data would help users analyze the most up to date and currently used templates.
Yes! This is sooo needed. Every time I want to use a template to compose an email, I shouldn’t have to click to page 3 or whatever to find it alphabetically.
We need this for Snippets and Workflows too!

this is really needed. we have a bunch of templates created by deactivated users, I’d want to know if these are still being used by the teams or if they can be removed. Currently, I can’t identify the last time they were used, so I either have to leave them all, cluttering the templates section - or remove them, risking users not being able to find a template they need.

I’m Ana, the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Sequences, Templates & Snippets tool.
At this time there are no plans to develop this idea. Enhanced filtering and sorting options — such as filtering by sequence association, create date, or sorting by engagement metrics — isn’t something we’re planning to prioritize at this time.
This is not to say that this idea will never be developed, just that there are no plans to do so at this time.
