It would be great to define how the deals are sorted in the company view. We see the old deals on the top, however the new ones are somehwere in the list. As we mainly concentrate on the new deals we always have to scroll (or click to the list) to see the latest deals. Would be great if we can define what to see first (e.g. sorted by deal creation or deals in progress, etc.).
It is the same for the contacts side bar in the company view. Would be great if we can set rules how the contacts are sorted (alpahbet, active/inactive contacts/…).
In our former CRM we could mark favorite contacts with a “star” (user based). Those contacts always appeared on the top. The advantage was that the contacts we often need to interact were always directly available (no need to cklick on “view all”).
