Just came to see if this suggestion had been made before I submitted it myself. We really really really need to be able to click the associated company column to sort a-z so the sales team can see the contacts grouped by company. I know using company view is an alternative but we want to use contact view as well so it seems weird you can sort by most other property types but not association columns.

I am a new user and having set up all of my parent/child company relationships, I am now really shocked to learn that I cannot sort my view of Companies by the parent company. This is essential, because I want to see and track “groups” of companies (especially because it’s hard to remember and track which companies belong to others) without exporting everything to Excel. The whole point of CRM is to start managing companies in something better than a spreadsheet!

Wow, I’m very disappointed to see this basic functionality missing. I thought I was doing something wrong, it never occurred to me that you wouldn’t be able to alphabetically sort contacts by company! Please fix this!
Agree this seems like basic functionlaity and needs to be fixed
So this question has been asked since 2022, it’s now August 2026 and a new version is about to be release, and it is still not fixed. Can you at least tell us why this seems to be such a difficult thing to achieve. It is fundamental, and using work arounds is extremely messy.
