Hi @Jaylin,

Thanks for providing the screenshot. Your webhook action is receiving a 410 response with an HTML error page from the destination URL, so HubSpot can’t deliver the request.

1. In your HubSpot workflow \> Send a webhook action \> Confirm the exact Webhook URL you’re posting to is correct and live (HTTPS, correct path, accepts POST).
2. If your endpoint requires authentication, set Authentication type to the method your server expects (e.g., API key in Request header or Include request signature in header) and align the header name/value with your server’s checks.
3. Click Test action and review the Response tab (and httpHeaders under Request) to see exactly what your server received and returned.
4. If the server still returns an error, temporarily point the Webhook URL to [webhook.site](http://webhook.site/) to inspect the incoming request (headers/body), then adjust your server route or auth logic to match what HubSpot sends.
5. Because 4\*\* responses aren’t retried by HubSpot, fix/replace the endpoint first, then save the action and turn the workflow on again.

If this doesn’t help, can you confirm which auth method your Magento endpoint is using?

If this helps, feel free to mark it as the solution ✔ and give it an upvote 👍 !

It looks like you’re using Glitch for your webhook. Unfortunately, Glitch shut down their service on July 8th.

Here’s their blog post about it:
