I encountered a problem with my website, which is that I cannot upload an image to it. I received a message saying:
“Some features will stay blocked
We weren’t able to verify your information. Unfortunately, we can’t give you full access to the HubSpot platform. This is a final decision that can’t be appealed.”
and when I uploaded the image, a message appeared:
“Your file uploader has been suspended while we carry out some additional checks.”
Knowing that I am super admin.
How can I overcome this problem?
